Default Slight Quandry

So Im in a slight quandry. In performing a radiator pressure test, I am experiencing very minor pressure leakage with the engine cold, however with the engine warm, the pressure leakage is just slightly more. I am not making oil and as far as I can tell, it does not appear to be burning as I don't have white clouds billowing out of the exhaust. The exhaust gas test in the radiator seems to be negative as there was no color change. So Im not certain as to my next step to find where the coolant is actually going to. The vehicle is a 95 Accord wagon with a JDM F23 in it using the F22 intake manifold from the previous engine when the timing belt had broken.

very minor leak when cold you have low psi in coolant when motor is warm makes more psi. Makes a bigger leak.
pressure test your system could be a hose like under your distributor very common or a radiator, fluid on ground . Very easy and cheap to fix both. Also perform a leak down test on all cylinders if pressure test on coolant is not sufficient. Could be heater core and other things. You can add die to the system to see where it is leaking.

I replaced all the hoses about 6500 miles ago,the biggest problem I've found is the worm clamps have seated poorly on the silicone hoses. I will see about dye testing and see what that gets me

Silicone hoses are your problem.

The worst leak I has was the upper radiator hose I left as a rubber hose. Please elaborate on why silicone are bad hoses.

For the Hondas they are typically of poor quality chinese manufacturing and silicone hoses are notorious for leaking at the clamped connections. Something about they bunch up or unequal clamping pressure or something. Silicone is also permeable meaning the whole hose is a slow leak. Go back to high quality rubber hoses and I bet your leaks go away.

Check all clamps on the silicone hoses. Best bet would be switching back to rubber hoses though.

Sounds lovely. Im glad I still have a gates lower hose. Now its only to find the 4 hoses that fit up in the IAC land and replace one of the heater hoses (the other from valve to core was replaced a week ago with another chunk of rubber)
