What’s going on guys. New to this forum.

my name is Jojo.
I live in San Diego CA.

I am not new to the car scene. I’ve been out the car scene for a while because life happens and being an adult.

Since covid happened I’ve got back into. There was nothing else to do during the shut down.

Hoping to learn a bit more because we all don’t know everything. And maybe hoping to attend some of these meets if there are any and meet some new people.


I am currently building a street car. I thought about going all out for a drag car. But, I wanted it streetable and to be able to enjoy it not only on the track.

1994 Honda Del Sol Si. It’s my 3rd del sol. Something about these cars I love.

Paint and engine bay not the prettiest. But I really don’t care. Just as long as it runs great as it has been with not much issues.

I currently have a fully built B18c1.(poor mans type R build) On E85. Has been safely tuned and dyno. Puts down 219whp. My tuner could of pushed more but I wanted to keep it safe for reliability. Only redlining at 8700. On P28 ecu with Hondata s300 V3.

Motor is sleeved. 84mm bore. Full skunk2 head package with Skunk2 tuner stage 3 camshafts. ID1050cc injectors. S4C LSD transmission.



Not sure exactly what I want to do with the car. But I do have a 6266 precision BB turbo kit. Also a nitrous kit. I have not installed both yet. ( still debating to keep lifespan of the motor and being street able)








Car runs amazing the way it is at the moment. Definitely fun to drive. It’s not my everyday car due to car not having AC. But who needs AC when you can take the top off right. Only driven every few weeks or so. Usually just parked at home. I get a little lazy to drive a Manuel everyday.

Took it a a local drag track recently. It’s a 1/8 mile track. Barona Speedway. On Street slicks ( Nitto NT-01) it did do 9.4 in an 1/8 mile. Looking to get better time. Also will be getting drag slicks hopefully soon and cut that time down. Haven't had much track time. Still learning the ins and outs of this new setup.

haven’t been on here a while

didnt do much to the car but added a small shot of nitrous. She did pretty good on the bottle and still runs amazingly fast.
