Icon5 Oil in radiator

Good evening everyone. I am trying to get my 99 civic 2 dr together. Noticed oil in the res tank for coolant. . Was wondering if it's a blown head gasket or cracked block. Could use your help. Thank you and have a great rest of your evening

Yes could be a sign of a blown head gasket.

drain the oil and coolant and see if the oil and coolant is a brown color indicating you blew the gasket or coolant is finding its way into the oil.

If its the head gasket you can have the head resurfaced and rebuilt and put it back on but cracked sleeve you will need a new block.
