Default CRV 2004 Electric Window Switch

I have a Honda CRV 2004 and had a problem of my drivers side window not working when pressing the button, but I was hearing clicking noises. I kept tapping the motor with a piece of wood and it eventually worked. From the I stripped everything down and cleaned the motor and window runner, replacing the grease. I put everything back together again and the problem I have now is when I press the button to go up the window goes down, and when it’s pressed down it goes up. Can anyone give me some advice on this please? Thank you

Hi,
Is the wire plug to motor only able to go in one way?

Sounds like you reversed the power wires, MAYBE???

Hi,
Well....Obviously, you reversed something, from how it was?

Just sayin!

Most of the time, the electric windows break, where the cable, attaches to a plastic piece.

Of course this usually happens, way before, the motor wears out, but???
