Default Does this motor have a knock?

Hello everyone, Ive got a 2000 Civic DX hatchback as my winter beater with the original 1.6 d16 that came with the car.

The car leaks alot of oil, and in the spring the distributor went out and the guy I got to fix it said that it was flooded with oil as well. So a week goes by after I get the distributor fixed, the car runs great but I notice a slight knock coming from the motor. As I check the oil... very low, my mistake. So today I start up the car to get the fluids going as I have my G driving test In a few days, and when I go to give the car a few revs, I notice whenever the revs come down, it wants to stall so I have no idea if that's a symptom of rod knock or whatever. So I provided a video, it's kind of hard to hear but you guys give your take.

Thanks

From the video it does sound like a knock, unless there is an exhaust leak and that’s why it’s making so much noise.
Verify if your exhaust has any holes in it first, then if not, it’s probably knocking.

It sounds like a knock even with the louder exhaust… Just make sure you don’t have any exhaust leaks, and then it’s probably a knock.
