Default H22 in 1994 accord weak injector pulse

I’m getting a weak/insufficient injector pulse when I put my noid light on my civic flashes fast on the h22 barely lights and the car will idle roughly and die and will bog out if you even hit the gas,

tried good working distributor, other ecu, compression is good verified tps and map are working correctly...

had seemed like obd1 code-1 for o2 sensor bought a new o2 sensor, double checked timing belt marks and tdc,

used timing light ignition is close just idle is rough goes up and down, I have the 1994 lx accord with stock wire harness just had to extend the iat sensor wire, I’m using h22 290cc injectors so I cut out the injector resistor and wrapped all the grounds together (what I’ve seen online)

wierd thing is this was was running fine it even was on the dyno no cel, now after spinning a rod I rebuilt the engine and it was having some oil blow by problems but still drove fine until it started sputtering (maybe form oil in the combustion chamber cause a short in a ground?) anyways I reinstalled oem oil control rings it doesn’t smoke at all anymore but now it won’t run good or rev at all!!! Please help!

I tested each inj connector key on I got 12v
i tested fuel pressure good, and like I said replaced every sensor in the distributor even the magnets and the harness with a good working one out of my civic and installed all the sensors out of my h22 distributor in my civic and it runs fine... this dumb 94 accord has no cam or crank sensor everything is inside the distributor....

sorry for the long post just a complicated issue... thanks in advance...
