Default 2000 Honda Civic type R swap bogging at WOT during vtec

Trying to solve this problem I had ever since I swapped the engine in to my car, it’s 2000 Honda Civic b18c type R swap, it has a b16 head, b18c bottom end, no bolt ons except header, exhaust and AEM intake. Running on a obd2 SIR uncut harness and P2T b16 SIR ecu, the issue I’m having is the car is bogging and sputtering really bad when it crosses over into vtec, but works fine at 1/4 to 1/2 throttle. I’ve tried a new distributor off my b18b1 that I pulled out didn’t fix it, tried the CKF bypass, new fuel pressure regulator, new fuel filter, oil is at the proper level, new plug wires, different ecu’s, I’ve dailed tps voltages, checked my codes and all I’m getting is 02 sensor and CKF but have recently done the bypass haven’t checked codes since, still can’t seem to find the issue, my b18b1 ran fine before I pulled it and never had this issue, hate to keep throwing money at the car trying to figure out the problem. Has anyone ever experienced this or have heard of the same issue and how do I fix it?

Make sure you dont have the O2 sensors switched..

P2T b16 SIR ecu is a OBD2A ECU! The 2000 spec civic is OBD2B and requires a OBD2B ECU to run properly. This may be your issue...

I would get the proper ECU jumper harness and run a OBD1 ECU with Hondata S300 and ditch the ECU you have. Even a basic map from the vault will run that engine better.

I forgot to add in I do not have any 02 sensors hooked up, and the ecu I’m using is a 99-00 SIR P2T C-11 obd2b ecu, the dash harness was all swapped over from a SI so it’s all obd2b. I decided to pull the distributor caps off both dizzy’s I have and noticed some burn/wear marks on the tip of the rotor (not all the way across) on both and I have heard that a bad distributor will cause this issue as well so fingers crossed when the new one comes in it will solve my issue
