HELP
I just bought a 2008 Accord 5 speed 2.4 for a daily driver. At first I thought maybe it needed a clutch because the car is HARD to get goin. When coming home with the car I took off from an intersection normally and the car bucked and jumped and threw a random misfire check engine light and went into limp mode. The car doesn’t miss at all it runs super smooth. I was thinking maybe where it jumped and bucked so hard it just threw the code. At this point I was really thinking it needed a new clutch until last night. I noticed when feathering the throttle when I’m trying to take off the throttle response is completely inaccurate. I can sit there and tap the gas and it just stays at around 1200 RPM (it doesn’t do this all the time) but no codes came up for accelerator pedal sensor, what could cause this? Or are the accords just not meant for quick throttle response?
