If you can zoom in, scope out the bearings.

8 months of a main input bearing going bad.

 

When I got my 05 civic ex, wasn't sure what that very light grind in reverse was. 2 months later it was grinding in all gears. I drove it for 6 more months. At that time I had bought a used transmission off if jdm. Replaced the transmission. 2 and a half months later, that transmission has multiple bearings going out. So rebuilt the original 5 speed today. That is a pick of the main input shaft bearing and the magnet inside. Lol do not wait like I did. The rebuild really isn't difficult. Costs around $300 bucks.

 

How did you do the rebuild? I want to do it on mine, need pics
