2008 Honda Accord have to tap the pedal to get the car going
Its idling at 1.5 RPMS, and when i put it into gear and i try to accelerate i sometimes have to tap the pedal to get it going, if i slam down on the pedal from the jump (like if i was pulling out in front of somebody else) sometimes it wont even start to go, i gotta start tapping it and accelerate super slow... and itll get up to like 4000 RPMs and itll stay there while im accelerating and it really takes forever to pick up speed its like a slow and steady gain, and its super loud during this like louder than normal.
Ran my codes today and it says:
P0420 (Catalyst System Efficiency below threshold B1)
83-13 ECM/PCM Relation Failure
61-1 Control Unit Low Voltage
61-22 Short in the Left front seat belt buckle switch
and finally 65-21 Brake Fluid Level Switch Stuck on
it says the most likely solution is to Reprogram Powertrain Control Module (PCM)
Any insight on this? Not particularly car savvy
also my car is around 208,000 miles if it helps
Thanks for any help or advice

Do any maintenance of any kind? 208k is up there and is due for everything if the last major service was at 100k. Timing belt, valve adjustment, water pump, spark plugs, all fluids.
Likely the P0420 is because the cat is melted from a misfire dumping raw fuel into the cat.
I would start with scheduled maintenance and see what clears up. Probably best to seek a professional at this point.

Have someone drill a half inch hole in front of the converter in the exhaust pipe. It should relive the pressure if the converter is plugged. If it works replace the converter and weld up the hole in the pipe.
