Default Accessing Main Relay 95 Del Sol Auto

I'm having a common problem with crank no start and I'm pretty sure it's the main relay. I've purchased the main relay, but when I went to take the old one out I'm having trouble removing it. I removed some panels but I don't see how I can get my hands up there. Has anyone else done this and if so, what exactly did you do to access the bolt on the relay.

Try to slide the main relay off the bracket if you can't reach the bolt.

It doesn't slide off, there's a tab on the bracket. The bolt is right in the middle on top.
