Honda P30 Manifold Compatible IACV
Hi,
I wanted to be sure before I swap my IACV. Currently, my b16a has a bad IACV with part number 36450-P30-000. I've tried cleaning it but with no luck and I guess its life just ended. So I'm replacing this part and it's a pain in the a$$ to find a brand new one. Most of the available parts are refurbished at a price of $100 or more. But I found a part number that could fit into my P30 manifold but I'm not sure if it would. So will 36450-PP4-E01 will fit just fine into my P30 manifold? By the way, I'm keeping my setup stock so changing the manifold with upgrade parts is not an option. Any tips and suggestions are also welcome. Thanks in advance.

It MAY work... if you have a tuneable engine management system like Hondata s300, you can likely change the IACV duty cycle to bring the idle into line. This part has been DISCONTINUED for some time from Honda... how will you get one of these ?
Yeah it got discontinued way back in early 2000. That's why most of the available parts for 36450-P30-000 are now are refurbished and it cost more than a brand new 36450-PP4-E01. But it looks like they have the same bolt holes position. I just wanted to verify it. These parts are available in ebay US.

To answer my own question, YES IT FITS. It also works perfectly with no problems at all. This is based on my own personal experience since I had no choice but to give it a try. Hope this thread would help someone in the future.
also where did you order it from?
