Power Steering
2008 Honda Civic DX-G
Steering is pulling to the left.
when i turn wheel harder to the right.
car pulls to the left.
when sitting Stationary harder to turn steering wheel right.

Your control arm or swar bar could be broken. I would definately take it in to get inspected.
