2019 Odyssey Rear Right Brake Squeal

Less than 27,000Kms on the clock and noticed this noise (hard to not notice it) this afternoon as we back the van in.
We bought it from the dealership when it had 26,000Kms (about 3 weeks ago) and there was no mention of needing new brakes immediately or anytime in the near future.
Any thoughts as to what's going on?
