D16y8 block / D15z1 vtec-e head
Canadian p07 D15z1 ecu
with convertion adapter to obd2b harness,
distributor adapter to harness

1. Will my z1 ecu have to be chipped to run safe due to me having y8 240cc stock injectors over the

You will run into a few issues. 5 wire O2 required. Canadian P07 doesn't use an ELD, your car probably has it. Should remove it. And without a tune, yes the injectors are going to be WAY to much for the ECU.
The wiring hell you are going to put yourself through may not be worth while. You won't be able to run that setup on the stock ECU. I'm also not certain the compression ratio and quench zones will work out well for the vtec-e head. It might but not sure.
The ECU is also expecting an EGR. Not sure if you have that on your head setup as it's part of the D15Z1 intake manifold. You should not use the Y8 manifold and throttle body as it will be too much air and no EGR support.
You are frankensteining together a motor in the worst and most difficult way. You should try and find an HX head and ECU, it's already OBD2 and will work out way better for your car.
