Hey everybody!

I bought my first ruckus over the weekend, but I'm having an issue getting it running. When bought, I was told it may be the jets that needed to be cleaned since it was sitting for a while but we were able to get it running for a little bit when I hold the needle jet up with my pinky on the intake side (sorry if I'm saying that wrong). I was able to run it for a min and drive it around the block, but then it bogged down and died. Now I can get it running for maybe like 10-15 seconds before it dies. It sprays fuel (I think fuel anyway) out of the intake side while the throttle is opened up for those few seconds. It will only start when the throttle is engaged, won't idle. So far I've cleaned out the carb, soaked the jets in carb cleaner, ran seafoam through the tank, and put in ethanol-free gas. I was thinking maybe it's an issue with the fuel/fuel filter/fuel pump since I can get it running, but only for a few seconds. Was about to order a new fuel filter and pump, but figured I'd ask around beforehand.
