some quick n00b questions..
1. Shock fork bent when unbolting the LCAs, should i toss the shocks? or can i just bend the forks back into shape??
2. The LCA bolt is seized to the bushing...i've got the bolt turning, but i cant seperate it from the bushing!! any tips?

yes you can bend the fork back and it will be fine. as for the bolt seizing if it is turning you have more than likely ripped the bushing to pieces inside the lca. this happened to me so i just went to honda and bought a new lca and shock bolt. or you could buy the poly bushing kit and replace all the bushings but that costs more than a new lca and bolt
a polyurethane bushing kit is about $120 from summit
Don't forget to mention the HOURS of
labor required to replace those bushings.
But it is a good way to go. Solo X only got a
year on them Autocrossing, I however see
no problems yet after a year and a half.
