i recently purchased a 2012 honda civic ex 5speed with 86k on it , sson after driving it a bit maybe 1500 miles in ill be shifting into second gear and it doesnt go in , the shifter moves and stays where second is but theres no shift and when you give it gas it just revs. after taking it out and doing it again it will fix the issue. not knowing what it could be i changed the slave cylinder because it was torn and had some rot , problem was gone for a few days then came back. so i went to a honda dealer and grabbed some mtf figuring it could need a fluid change , when i drained the transmission 2 qts of motor oil came out......... so i let it drain a a bit and i filled it with the mtf , now my transmission feels super weird , almost too easy to move in and out of gear with out clicks ( click when it goes into a gear ) and second gear is doing that again it actually popped out once and it missed going in a few times right after the fluid change. any thoughts ? its my daily so im kinda worried.
