A previous owner, at some point, swapped a D15B2 into my 92 CX hatch. I've been rebuilding the motor, courtesy of a blown head gasket, and during the teardown I realized the driver's side engine mount does not fit. At all. Im assuming the B2 came out of an EF, and they never bothered to swap the bracket that's bolted to the motor. I have a set of mounts, but I cannot for the life of me find an engine-side bracket.

Were they the same on all EG motors? Should I just get one from a junkyard? Is there somewhere I can buy one? I've looked at all the local parts stores and I'm coming up dry. Thanks in advance.

 

You should be able to find an EG engine bracket at your local junkyard. They are discontinued from Honda, so the used market is your only source.
