Default 99 CR-V B20Z2 AWD AUTO

Well its now 2021 and we're still building Hondas. I have a B20z auto awd with an amazon intake, the car is lowered on maxpeeding rods adjustable coilovers and truhart camber kit and upper control arms. Still pretty basic. I want to get the car into autocross and rallycross soon and want to get more power out of the motor without a head swap or turbo, and especially want the motor to last being its my daily driver. Any suggestions?

Sell it and buy a manual transmission CR-V. There is no real way to tune your application, so upgrading the engine internals to try and make more power will only bring you heart-ache.

I have been looking around for some EG's in the area and other CRVs, just waiting for the funds to make a bigger move on that. Maybe even convert what I get to an AWD depending on the chasis

Is an EG hatch the only civic you can use CRV parts to AWD? Or will I want to go the aftermarket route with kits and maybe bolt on kits?

Is a crx easier to covert to awd than an eg civic? And I don't have access to a welder so anything that involves that might be out of the question
