Hey guys I have a 95 Integra that has a rear bumper molded on( bought this way) with Supra tail light conversion…..

I have to replace rear bumper reinforcement bar can it be taken out without removing the bumper as it would be extensive body work to get it off and on as it is molded

no. the rear rebar is not removable withour removing the rear cover.
what is the reason for your replacement?

 

The one In there is pretty rotted out wanted to freshen it up
