2000 CR-V Rough Shifting and Codes After Catalytic Converter Theft
Had the old girl stolen in broad daylight, a few days later I get a call from a tow yard and head to pick the thing up. CC stolen as seems to be the trend, and the battery is dead so I get a jump. None of the gauges are working but I can tell RPM is low and the engine dies within about 20 seconds. Get another jump but leave the cables charging while the engine runs and it seems to run fine. The moment the cables come off the engine dies again. The "D" drive light in the dash is blinking and I have the following codes:
P0132 - Primary Heated Oxygen Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Sensor 1)
Probable Cause:
Open in Primary HO2S (Sensor 1) circuit
Primary HO2S (Sensor 1)
ECM/PCM
P1035 - Primary Heated Oxygen Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Sensor 1)
Probable Cause:
Open or short in Primary HO2S (Sensor 1) heater circuit
ECM/PCM
P0141 - Secondary Heated Oxygen Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Sensor 2)
Probable Cause:
Open or short in Secondary HO2S (Sensor 2)
ECM/PCM
P1768 - Automatic Transaxle
Probable Cause:
Linear Solenoid
and I got this code later after I got the battery fully charged:
P1253 - VTEC System Malfunction
Possible Cause:
Engine oil level low
Low engine oil pressure
Blocked oil passage
Faulty VCT oil control valve
Obviously the first three are a result of the missing CC, but I'm struggling to figure out where the other codes are coming from. So far I have replaced the Electrical Load Detector but still getting the same codes. I disconnected the negative terminal on the battery and connected it to the positive terminal for about half an hour, as I was told that is a way to reset the ECM but that didn't work. Here are photos of the damage, I'm suspicious of a cable that was nicked during the burglary as there is some exposed wire but after clearing away some of the shielding it appears to be intact. There are two wires, black and green, black appearing to have a small split in the shielding. The wires run to a sensor that seems to be connected to the alternator/charging system. I can't seem to figure out what this sensor is so I can't verify if this is related. downstream sensor cable assuming that plug is for the other missing sensor

1. Under-dash Fuse No. 15 (7.5A) probably is blown. The broken wires probably caused a short and blown out the fuse. If this fuse is blown, it may be why some of the other trouble codes are present. Your ELD may not have been bad.
2. The rubber grommet with broken wires is for the secondary O2 sensor. The sensor has four wires though, two may be broken. However, the broken side is the sensor side and new sensor would have all the wires.
3. This connector is probably for the primary O2 sensor.

Wow it was that simple! Checked the fuse box under the dash and saw one labeled for alternator SP sensor and it was blown. Replaced it and now the only codes I'm getting are for the CC. Phew! Now I can take it in to have the CC repairs done and not have to worry about the other codes. Thanks for the help!
