Default FS: 2k itr shell, wrecked, cheap

i bought this wrecked 2k USDM ITR a year and a half ago, and pulled a lot of parts off to use on my Civic. The rest I sold to offset the cost of the car.

The only things left are:

- shell
- driver door, all wiring
- rear hatch with glass

Everything else, and I mean *EVERYTHING* else has been taken off the car and sold or is damaged.

I was inspired to offer this for sale after seeing that blue RHD integra in the latest super street. Guy bought a wrecked RS and converted it to a RHD JDM ITR. I'm sure someone out there could use this for the same purpose, but it'd be even better since it already is an ITR and people won't think you're a poser for saying your RS is an ITR (don't get me wrong, I do sweat that guy's car, he's just gotten a lot of negative feedback here for some reason).

It will need:

- a little frame work
- a new firewall (great if you want to convert to RHD and get a jdm front clip)
- a new dash (again, perfect if you import a clip)
- complete interior (seats, carpet, console, door panels, I have some of the interior panels)
- complete drivetrain (motor, tranny, axles, ecu, etc...)
- domplete suspension and brakes (buy a 5-lug with wheels and the suspension of your choice)
- a new front end (fenders, bumper, headlights hood, perfect if you import a front clip)
- a new passenger side door
- mirrors for both sides
- exhaust system and intake

I haven't done the exact math, but I figure buying a front clip, then Recaro's with a rear seat, the 5-lug conversion with wheels, Teins, and some random other parts for easily less than a total of $10k, you'd have a RHD 2000 USDM ITR with a full JDM conversion done on it, which could probably be sold for at least $15-25k depending on what parts go into it.

I would do this type of project myself but I'm a student, a newly wed (my wife would shoot me after all that I've done with my EK), and definitely don't have $10k just sitting around to invest like this.

I'd like to get $1000 for the shell, and I believe I will even be able to provide a title for the car once I figure out how that process works. I am the legal owner of the car and can provide you documentation to support the purchase if you are interested.

Please feel free to post questions here, PM me, or e-mail me at yumvtec@hotmail.com

Werd.

Price lowered to $500.

oh, don't ask to buy parts off of it because there aren't any. I mean none, unless you really want the driver door or hatch. that's all that's left to sell except the chassis itself.

yeah, or someone could just buy the title from me for $500, and then use it to get an entire jdm integra registered.

its actually pretty smart for someone who has JDM RHD integra and want to register it. I would buy it if I had jdm integra.

Wrong.

The roofline is fugged, that dash didn't crumple for no reason, and damm..........
It's a project, I never claimed it was perfect. Not a ton of money to fix, but a lot of money to be made once the project is completed.

$500????????
That's for just the title, which someone could make great use of. If you don't agree, that's fine, just don't state your idiotic opinions in my post. Keep them to yourself.

Maybe you pay me, and I'll take the shell from you......
Good one dumbass, I'll pay you to take something that is worth money.

Great conclusion to an incredibly assinine post. Go somewhere else with your negative remarks.

So, let me get this straight.

You all are condoning the ILLEGAL modification to a VIN number in order to get a JDM car passed here in the USA.

Is that right? Because that's what I'm reading.....

Swap VIN number to the JDM car, and use the USA car's title to get it registered.

Am I wrong here?

Who's the stupid one now????

Working in a body shop for salvaged vechicles I can say that I have clipped worse. The rear clip alone is worth what he is asking. Just my .02.
also when you clip a car you can use either title but there is alot of paper work if you want to use the title from the back half but it's not illegal

I'm a firm believer in the saying that whatever you want to do to a car, it's always going to end up costing twice and much, taking twice as long, and being twice as hard as you intended...good luck man, but my .02 would be to just sell what you can off of it, that shell is fugged.
