I bought a 2013 Honda Accord Coupe V6 mt with nav a few days ago, and the day after I got it a CEL came on, the dealership told me that they'll fix it at no charge to me so hopefully they can figure it out.

The car will was throwing a couple codes (p2610 , p0686) both of these elude to a short somewhere with the PCM.

On the way to the dealership yesterday the gauge cluster, and the infotainment kept turning off about once every 5 seconds, I couldn't tell if I was losing power, power because it was staying around 3000 rpm.

Now the thing that's weird to me is just the ldw fcw come on after everything dies and the needles don't drop to 0 like on other cars, so I'm assuming some things still work.

Also the problem mostly sent away when I turned off the AC.

I wanted to make a post because I can't find anything online with a resolution for this exact issue, and I don't think I would be able to figure it out on my own.

Is there generally a recommended repair path for this type of issue? It could maybe be a relay but I couldn't figure out anywhere online which relay it could even be.

Any help would be appreciated.

 

so is the vehicle at the dealership now for CEL diag?
