Good Morning Everyone,

I have a 2011 Honda Civic that has roughly 60k miles and have had no issues with this car since owning. Starting 2 days ago when I drive I am starting to hear a high pitch noise. AC is turned off in this video as well as the radio. The noise is intermittent when in motion and stopped. When applying breaks the noise doesn't go away. I changed my breaks a couple years ago so I wouldn't think its the pads and rotors squealing. When you roll the window down the high pitch noise is very aggravating to the ear definitely is coming from the front of the car Here is a video of me driving. any thoughts? Thanks guys for any help.
