Default A/C Condenser FUSE Blows and A/C Pressure Switch Connector socket burned

Hello All,
I have a 1997 Del Sol 1.6 L VTECH SOHC and the A/C quit working. It blows but does not blow cold. I checked the 20 AMP fuse and it was blown so I replaced it and it kicked on but blew the fuse right away.
I have since checked the wiring between the condenser fan and the fuse box, the condenser fan motor (fan spins when you jump the two terminals) and checked the connectors for both the compressor clutch and the condenser fan and had appropriate voltage at both. Then as I continued the troubleshooting I got to the Pressure Switch and when I unplugged the connector, Pin 1 (white/yellow wire) looks all burned up on the socket side of the connector. The Pressure switch itself has continuity between the terminals and the inside of the switch where the connector plugs into was very dirty.

What is my next move? I don't want to replace the connector until I figure out what burned it up to begin with. There is battery voltage to chassis ground at Pin 1 of the pressure switch when the key is on and I do not think that it is shorted, unless I did that test incorrectly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In regards to the A/C pressure switch connector cavity terminal burnt, take a look at the wires leading to Connector C209 to check if there is a short with the Yel/Wht wire. The Wht wire from Under-hood Fuse No. 35 also is connected to Connector C209.

Under-hood Fuse No. 35 (20A) getting blown may or may not be related to the burnt A/C pressure switch connector.

I have been troubleshooting this all day and I visually inspected all the wires between C209 and the condenser and compressor relays and the pressure switch and the AC diode. I was unable to access the portion of the ac harness that runs across the inside of the front bumper. All the wires appear to have the correct continuity and can't find a short to ground with the multi-meter.
I read 12V at the yellow/white wire of the pressure switch connector and approx. 5V at the blue/red wire of the pressure switch connector, but as I mentioned the inside of the connector is black around the yellow/white wire socket. That wire goes directly to the condenser fan relay and there are no visible shorts or damage to that wire, (its only about 6 inches of wire between the connectors C752 and C755).

On C209 I did notice that there were 2 male pins (if I remember correctly the white wire and the blk/yellow) that had tiny black dots on the plastic insulation inside the connector body that looked almost like sharpie marker dots, however I was able to rub it off with my fingernail so I assume it was slightly burnt. Also the connector that has 1 red wire from the compressor which is attached to a bracket mounted at the bottom of the condenser fan also had a tiny black dot/burn spot.

I assume that the compressor is shorting and blowing the fuse and damaged the mentioned connectors before the fuse blew????

Any troubleshooting for the compressor or is it safe to assume its beat?

The fan will spin if I jump the white/yellow wire to chassis ground with the key in the on position so I don't think that the problem involves the condenser or fan. It was blowing cold until the fuse started to blow.

Thanks in advance.
