Greetings all! First post.

My wife has a 2012 City, white and the paint has been chipping off in a few places. We live in Thailand, so there is no cold weather, and the car has no rust, but the back edge of the roof, at the top of the rear windshield has some small places in the center where the paint is just chipping off. Also, the sides of the fender-tops around the trunk lid. Nothing comes into contact with the surface edges, the paint is simply chipping and falling off. The metal beneath still looks new. I also noticed the other day that a section on the right rear fender-top has what looks like a streak of light bluish tint beneath the paint. I wondered if this were some kind of factory-paint problem, perhaps for just that year/model, and if anyone else has noticed something similar.
