A $4000 premium over an otherwise stock 98 ITR.
$2000 extra for the nose
$1000 for the interior
$500 for the 16" wheel upgrade
$500 for the lower mileage motor.
$22,000 is what I'd offer if I had money for that ITR.

I think placing a "value" on a car is subjective to what:
1) people are willing to pay for it
&
2) how much you require to part with it
ITRs seem to hold their value more, especially to people who truly appreciate them.
My advice would be to arrange a reasonable asking price, maybe shoot a little higher than that, & see what comes about.
You could be asking $xx,xxx for that car for months with little interest due to the price. Then, along comes someone w/ the $ to spend, & the desire to have a car similar to yours. Bingo! It's sold.
If after a while the car doesn't move, try lowering the price, or entertaining "best offers".
Obviously if the timeframe is a factor & you need to sell the car soon, you may not have the good fortune of somebody discovering your car & being willing to pay your asking price.
Good luck.

The mods don't increase the value of the car...as a matter of fact...it will decrease it. The best thing would be to find a person who wants all those mods and is willing to pay extra for them...otherwise to the general public, a fully stock car in a clean conditon is best for selling...
