Default 2000 Honda prelude STUCK IN LIMP MODE HALP!

My car recently died on me after the beginning of a pull, and wouldn’t start.didn’t get past first gear hit limiter for a second and the car died on me. Checked the timing, ignition timing, and compression all where fine. Replaced the distributor and it fired back up, rather harshly, and wouldn’t go past 3k and sounded like the ckp crank sensor was loose again (happened to me around a month ago it ripped into shreds) so I got into to it and it was loose, so I replaced it and started it up,just to find it is still stuck in limp mode not going past 3k revs. So new distributor and crank position sensor, what else could be causing it do to this ? It also throws a code p1316 now, but it has a brand new crank sensor, so why would it still read it as bad ? Pls help all answers appreciated.😁

Not directly from Honda, but I installed the same one about a month ago and the car was running perfectly fine.
