Default Issues with my 2015 SE

So I bought this car in December of 2020 and I have some questions about noises and issues I have.
I am a technician at Chevrolet but have taken the car to Honda for these issues with no results.
  1. Vibration while driving. The car has had this issue since I bought it. The vibration is linked to the speed of the vehicle. You can barely feel it at slow speeds but at around 55 you start to feel it in the steering wheel. We have balanced the wheels and I had Honda look at the wheel bearings. They said they are perfect with no issues. Any thoughts?
  2. Whistle while decelerating. Whenever I take my food off the gas I hear a whistle noise from the engine bay. Is this a problem or just the car?
Any help would be great. Thanks!

I've understood that vibrations in the steering wheel points to a problem at the front of the car. I would suspect tires first whether its needs balancing or just a bad tire. Then move to suspension components. Check all your mounts for deterioration or breakage.

How many miles on your vehicle and what history do you know of it before you bought it?

The vehicle has just over 70k Miles. The service history was great. Always serviced at the same dealership and every 6k to 7.5k miles. I know it was rear-ended when the first owner had it and it hit a deer before the second owner sold the car.
