Default F22B vs F20B ? Which works better with Turbo

Hi there ,

I just would like an oppinion on the F22B and the F20B . I am.currently using a F20B with a T63 Turbo and a G4 management kit. I was wondering what difference would it make if I were to change it to a F22B . What can I expect? Or should I maintain the F20B. I'm looking for more power and more torque .

What kind of F20B? Single cam or Dual?

If DOHC, keep the F20B.

If SOHC, the F22 will provide a broader torque band but it's likely not worth the swap.
