2000 honda civic lx D16y7 non-vtec Car wont rev past 3500 rpm engine code p0335
When the car starts cold it runs good. when it’s warm it wont rev past 3500 rpm and shuts off after idling for a while. I replaced the crank sensor and the engine light goes away until the car is warm then comes back on and puts the car in limp mode again until it’s cold any help would be much appreciated

Is the car all stock? It has the correct ECU?
Was the sensor from Honda, or some kind of aftermarket replacement?
I would try checking continuity between the sensor plug and the ECU plug. Heres the pinout (looks like pins 8 and 9 on connector C):
