Can't check out your video atm, but if you've run codes it's likely to spit out the accelerator pedal position sensor code. Search it on these forums and you'll find a part number quickly. Hopefully this is helpful.

See that little light in the lower left corner that's the shape of an engine? When that light comes on it means something is wrong with the car. The car is in "limp mode". Meaning it'll let you limp it (stays under 3000rpm) to a mechanic or home. It stays under 3000rpm so you don't ruin the engine. *If that light starts blinking, immediately stop driving the car as you are causing damage to the engine. FYI: Replacing the engine will cost you several thousand dollars.
Take the car down to Autozone, have them read the code for free and post back with the specific code

these are the codes P0108
P0134 code
P1157 code
I changed this part (SENSOR, AIR FUEL RATIO) Part# 36531-R40-A01 and (MAP sensor ) Part# 37830-RNA-A01 but nothing change still have problem!
Always when it doesn't rev over 3000 RPM i turn off my car and turn on it again after that the car seem pretty good but still engine light is on.

Did you clear the codes? If yes, did you check the codes that it's spitting out after the part replacements? If yes, are they the same codes as before? If yes, are you sure the parts are good? If yes, your problem is out of my league.

This. You can reset the ECM/PCM with A) diagnostic tool, otherwise referred to as a code reader or B) with the ignition OFF, remove the ECU fuse in the under-hood fuse/relay box for at least 10 seconds.
