Hi there, I bought an oem bolt from my local honda dealership to replace the crank bolt because the threads are worn. I am trying to put in this bolt now and it wond go in. I need to tap the crankshaft hole and i was wondering if anyone knows the thread pitch size. I know the bolt (90017-PR3-003) is 14x31 but i need to know what size tap to get.

 

The thread pitch may be 1.5. See my post #5 in this other thread which has some info. regarding thread diameter and pitch.
