I have a long history with Honda cars having apprenticed as a mechanic in 1975, retiring around 2003-4. I was a racer before and after! Main interests are in EB @ D series cars/engines.

I own a 2003 CRV, 1989 Base Civc(430,000 miles, engine has never been opened up), and my beloved toy 1979 Civic 1200( it has been parked/garage for 27 yrs.)

The '79 was built in '86,very built! It's normally aspirated, driven as daily driver and highway car for 20K miles then autocrossed for 2 seasons. It has been 145 MPH on the road. Except for the CRV, OEM parts are about impossible to find. I'm always heads up for parts and parts sources.
