Troubleshooting: Z6 turbo issue. No Start Rich condition
I have a turbo Z6 that I have been putting together for about 8 months now. I rebuilt the bottom end and had it running very good with a stock fuel system and ECU with the turbo on it (no I didn't drive it or make any boost with a stock ecu I just had it idling). Since it last ran I installed Huntertuned's decapped chevy truck injectors (which flow somewhere around 800-850cc), a kemso 340lph fuel pump and a GM 3 bar map sensor as well as chipping the ECU and installing a custom basemap chip I bought from HA motorsports for my specific application. I tried to start the car and it barely started and was running crazy rich (smelled terrible, motor was bucking and jerking, wouldn't idle without throttle) I shut it off and rechecked everything I had done to it (injectors, pump & map sensor) and everything is installed right like it should be. I tried to start it again and it would crank and occasionally fire once or twice but it wouldn't start. I pulled the plugs and they were absolutely soaked in gas and fouled. I'm suspecting it's the basemap or something with the injectors themselves. Any input is greatly appreciated, I don't want to tell the tuner his map didn't work when it's something stupid I overlooked. Thanks in advance!
Stock FPR? Do you know what your fuel pressure is at? No visible leaks around the top hats or injector O-ring?
Besides that the only thing I can think of would be the basemap having massive issues. I'd be careful about starting the car even to let it idle very long until you get that figured out, I've seen fresh engines get their piston walls scored up real quick from just dumping fuel over the pistons and washing away any oil on the skirt.
I haven't dealt with HA or Huntertuned before, I've always gone the Phearable route.

HAMotorsports is an awesome company. I've dealt with them many times and any questions or issues, they're on it. I would recommend to contact them ASAP regarding this issue. Other than that, I would ask the condition of the ECU itself.
The basemap is 99% likely to be the culprit.
Put the stock injectors, map and ECU back in. Take it to your local tuner. Reinstall your other parts on the spot and let them tune it.

I chipped it myself, I'm not a professional by any means but I didn't burn the board badly or anything like that

Socketing isn't bad. I am ABSOLUTELY appalled by electronics and ECU work and found socketing to be an ok task. Heck, I've done BBG, VTEC conversion of a P06, and capacitors on a few at this point. Lol. Anyways..
Contact HA, bud. They could potentially help here.
I would pay a tow truck even if it costs like $150. And I wouldn’t try to start the car, just take it strait to a tuner and get an O2 sensor to get your air fuel ratios at the start of the tune. Call your tuner to make sure he can work on the computer set up you have. At least he could give you a better base map if you aren’t able to tune it.
