Default No green key code light

Hello everyone, I have a 1995 Civic 1.4, and it had a dead engine. I bought it like that and swapped it. When we first started it the idle was like 4000rpm so we immediately turned it off and thought okay the idle motor is stuck or something so we cleaned it and tried again. After that, we got no green key code light on the dash. The obd1 says code 10 which is intake air temperature. It starts on start spray, has spark, no electricty on injectors though. Ive tried everything. It doesnt even blink, absolutely no green light. Changed the whole throttle body, changed the ecu, imobillizer, key and key code antenna, looked for damaged wires, checked if i plugged all the jacks right. All the grounds are checked, and all the fuses. I have no idea what to do next, i swear im gonna set it on fire. Sorry if some of my english is sketchy, regards from Croatia

I believe the green key symbol has to do with a built in immobilizer by factory. If you are supposed to get the light on your car and you are not, the immobilizer is keeping the car locked down.

Sadly, we did not receive many OEM immobilizers on our OBD1 cars so I am not able to provide advise. It may need a dealers attention to remedy.
