In the process of pulling, building, and reinstalling a k24a4 in a 05 honda accord I somehow fucked up. At first I thought it was the ecu do to a loose ground, so I sent it off for repair.

Now upon reinstalling the ecu, the car has the same problems.

Symptoms: no crank no start, no dash lights, a/c blowing, ABS modulator humming.

Battery is good, all connections in engine bay are connected, ecu repair place said the immobilizer would be retained during repairs.

At this point I think it's either the immobilizer due to the ecu repair, somehow disconnected wires under the dash, or some other wiring issue. I'll take any input on possible causes.
