Honda Ruckus (2006). It starts up and idles fine but when the throttle is just barely opened it dies. I have changed the diaphragm in the carburetor ( the Honda service department said that was the problem, it changed nothing), the fuel pump, and air filter. Still dies off idle. If it warms up for 15-20 minutes it will eventually continue to run fine.......Anyone have any ideas
