Default Wiring issue on my 98 Honda civic sedan

Hey guys, soo I got a 98 sedan. I had an idling issue with it, let it sit for like 6 months and when I went to turn it on she cranks but doesn't turn over. The car was perfectly fine before I let it sit.. a brand new main relay. But I checked the wires and the wire that's supposed to feed power to my fuel pump, doesn't have any power. Also the starter signal wire doesn't have any power also. Went and checked fuse 31. Don't have any power. So ima assuming it's a ground issue ? sometimes after a dozen on /offs I'll get power. Or like today I left the key turned on and after a little while my fuel pump kicked on.

I'm fed up with this thing already! Any suggestions guys ? Appreciate it in advanced. !

I know this is obvious and may sound silly, but mice can and will get into your car. I left mine at my brother's who lives in the country for a month and was surprised to see one had got in and eaten a napkin in the glove box. Another time at work,we received a brand new truck that had gotten infested with them. They chewed through the radiator overflow tank and a bunch of wiring, the truck was a mess and had to go off to the dealer. If it was fine when you parked it,then something's changed between then and now. I'd start checking wiring if you have a meter.EGs and EKs aren't that bad for main relays but EFs are.Just a possibility.Do the obvious first, like a good visual inspection.Check your grounds especially the one by the thermostat.Jump the fuel pump test connector and see if you hear the fuel pump priming. It sounds like something simple.

I was thinking the same with the mice or rats issue. But I don't know how else to back track a ground wire from behind the fuse box. I did a mini me swap y7/z6 head. So all the grounds to the motor, thermostat, transmission, battery are all good even sanded down all contact points and made sure with tester. I Drove it for over 1k miles and then it sat . I turned it on frequently to let it run but then one day it acted up. I can jump the fuel pump on the main relay but it jsut turns the pump on car won't turn over.
