Hi guys

my car trunk light goes on and off while driving I changed the latch and checked for any obstructions. Also my car is making a grinding noise when Turing on. Other day I was driving and the lights went dark then back on no stalling or anything. My interior light fuse keeps blowing also. What could this be ? Alternator. I replaced the starter last year.
