hondata CPR help, crank but no start

hondata CPR help, crank but no start
installed my hondata cpr got a crank and no start.
listing: obd1 integra gsr, s300v1, Q37 resistor is installed via factory, dizzy is gutted from previous external ignition (coil and ICM is not inside the dizzy), hondata harness green wire is connected to the black/yellow and yellow wire is connected to the blue wire on the engine harness. the ground cable is grounded to the t-stat housing.
inside the car: purple wire from the cpr harness is plugged in A16 ALTC, yellow wire A21 ICM, black wire A23 ground and red A25 power. power and ground are soldered together while the other two are crimped.
cpr box. power LED comes on ignition flashes and so does the yellow sync LED. i am running new ngk 4665 plugs that are gapped at .15 which is the same as i had on my last ignition setup. i doubt that matters for startup but maybe i may have the wrong plugs to run with the hondata cpr.
