Hi since few day I can not operate radio from buttons on wheel drive. Prior I thought something is wrong with buttons but menu on screen is working. The problem is only when I want to change song, volume etc. from wheel side. Is there any special. I have Honda CR-V IV with ALPINE radio.

I also see you are in Poland; so, your Honda wiring colors, etc. may be different than what we have in the U.S. In addition, since that is an aftermarket audio system; they sometimes needs an aftermarket interface for the steering wheel controls.

 

2016, a yes it can be, I found one plug with label: WHEEL CTRL. I ll try to check all connections.

 

Still nothing all connections are ok, maybe some fuse is responsible just for ctrl radio from wheel side ?

 

While some aftermarket radios have the capability to program/map the steering wheel controls for each button switches, others need an aftermarket adapter. Based on the Alpine installation manual for the INE-W710D, it need an aftermarket adapter.

It may be an issue with the aftermarket adapter, look for that component behind the dash.

I found adapter, all connections checked, and working again 😁 looks like were loosen.

Condition is really good no any black signs.
