ehats max psi at wot
max psi at idle on full heat

 

You'll need to find the manufacturer for that information on the turbo. If they can't provide it, you'll need to try it out for yourself and watch out for the typical signs of issues.
If you're asking what your max psi of oil pressure is for your engine at the oil feed line, then you'll need to provide the following

Engine model
Size oil feed line,
Oil pressure gauges (If you don't have one.. time to get one)
Are you using any modified oil pumps, or electric pumps?
Oil weight/viscosity used, etc.

There's not much to go on here. I think you bit off more than you can chew.
