Need help from the experts, just bought a 2004 Honda Accord lx 2.4 vetch with 130,000 miles. Car run and drives great with exception of idle issues. Car has P0122 and P1129 when I got it. Car would hesitate when it reached 3,000 rpm. Replaced intake boot because it had tape and rubber was hard. Changed tps sensor and set to .48v on center pin. Changed MAP sensor. Also did ecm clear and throttle relearn. Still can’t fix problem and feel I am missing something simple. Still cuts out at 3,000 rpm and idle surges up and down. Also asked a just answer mechAnic and he said tps should be at 0 % when engine off but mine reads 8.6% because voltage to center pin is set to .48v
any help would be greatly appreciated.
