Honda 1991 crx
There could be a hundred things wrong and without any more information no one is going to be able to give you an answer. Here are some things I would do to narrow down the possibilities:
1. Check that the fuel pump is running
2. Check that you are getting spark at the spark plugs

- Rust in the tank causes the fuel pump to die
- Main relay solder joints
- Ignition (key) contact failure
- Distributer coil / igniter
- Timing belt jumped a tooth / broke
- Ground issues
Sounds like the screw in your dizzy is loose.
Unscrew the cap of your dizzy and check if the rotor in it rotates freely.
If it does, the screw holding it to the shaft is loose.

The rotor spins at random, sparks a spark plug at will, making poping sounds in the exhaust
