Default F22 ECU with B series??

Here is my basic set up, and then my question below...
I have a 91 DA Integra, currently running B20B block and P75 head, with an obd0 harness adapted to obd1 running a tuned P75 ECU.

Question:
My P75 ecu seems to be out of tune and is under warranty. Before I send it in I would like to run an idle/throttle check so I know for sure. I have a 37820-p0a-a51 ecu laying around from an F22 that is also obd1... will this work for my test? Not trying to drive it.

Try it. It isn't going to hurt anything... but it may not run right.
