Hard bucking warming up
I've searched lots of threads here and on other forums and can't find a situation that really matches.
2002 Honda Civic 1.7 with manual transmission
It has started bucking HARD when you begin driving it. Doesn't matter if you let it warm up a few minutes. It's got 160k miles on it and it has never done this before. It only bucks when you try to accelerate. Coasting up to a stop sign it's fine. It will do this up to the point the temp gauge reaches it's normal warmed up point and then even for a short time after that before stopping. The CEL has not lit.
Forums I've read have people posting to the thread starter, It's normal get used to it. This case is not normal. I can barely accelerate when it does this. In the past week it's done it randomly maybe three times. Today after work was the worst. It was 60 degrees outside this afternoon so it's not a severe cold weather issue. Once it stopped it ran beautifully.
Any help on where to begin looking would be very appreciated. Thanks
