Rear trailing arm bushing - drum vs disc

Rear trailing arm bushing - drum vs disc
I have a 95 civic CX with rear drum brakes. I need to replace the trail arm bushings and was wondering if the drum and disc bushings are the exact same? If so all I need to do is order this part: 52385-SR3-000?
