Default OBD Connector No Power

Hi all, 08 LX-P 5 SPD unknown mileage

I am new to the forum and just purchased an 08 LX 5 speed. The OBD connector isn't working. I plug in my reader, turn the key to the On position, and the reader doesn't power up. I've read there's a 15a fuse on the circuit the connector is on, but the coil pack relay is also on that circuit. If the fuse is bad, it would affect the coil packs and I would have an issue with the coil packs. Is that true? Is there somewhere I can check and test? Is there another fuse to look at?

Thanks in advance!

Thank you! I will look at it and see if any of them are stretched, but in case that isn't the problem, where is the fuse located? This is what I found, but not sure if that's the correct fuse. It mentions DLC, but does that fuse handle the OBD connector?

I was able to solve the problem. The 15a fuse was blown. Popped a new one in and voila! Back in business...
